Cancellation Policy

3 Week Sculpt Transformation Booking & Cancellation Policy Bookings & Payments Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booking covers the full 3-week course and cannot be split into individual sessions. Cancellations & Refunds If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course begins are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable, except where required by law. Once the course has started, refunds or credits cannot normally be provided for missed sessions. If YogaKave cancels the entire course, you will receive a full refund. If we cancel an individual session, we will arrange a replacement session or offer an appropriate refund. Missed Sessions As this is a structured 3-week programme, missed sessions cannot be transferred to regular classes or exchanged for credit. We encourage you to attend all scheduled sessions to get the most out of your transformation. Health & Safety Please inform your instructor of any injuries, pregnancy or health concerns that may affect your participation. Always work at your own pace and follow your instructor's guidance. Participation is voluntary, and you are encouraged to listen to your body throughout the course. Important Information Course places are personal and cannot be transferred without prior agreement from YogaKave. Please arrive on time and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement. YogaKave reserves the right to make reasonable changes to instructors or session arrangements where necessary. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
